This bottle of Quercetin Bromelain has a very fishy odor and taste on the tongue, really awful! I've ordered these in the past, but they weren't like this. I don't feel safe taking them, something is definitely wrong with them.

I got this for my wife for her itching, she has an auto immune issue with her hands and eating certain foods. So she cannot eat gluten or dairy and this helps her hands to not burn as much and heal faster. It seems to lessen the blow for her eating foods she can't eat now that this condition has developed.

Quercetin + Bromelain is a great combo. Quercetin is a natural anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory while Bromelain is also an anti-inflammatory and analgesic which also helps increase the absorption rate of Quercetin. This combo is great for immune support and also for allergies.
The recommended serving size is two (2) capsules daily after a meal. The capsules are regular-sized and are easy to swallow. It is flavorless and does not have any aftertaste.
I dislike that these have Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide added. Supplements should start rolling out pure substances without any additives. Overall, great supplement and good value. Wish they update this product without any additives.
I've been using quercetin with bromelain for sinus/allergy issues for years with great results. This particular one has a slightly higher dose of 800 mg vs. the usual 500 mg for two capsules. It has performed just as well as other brands I've tried. You also get a two month supply for under $20 which is a pretty good deal. The Nature's Lab brand is pretty popular and sells many different supplements. They are based out of Nevada but do not state on the label where the ingredients sourced.
I don't know which I like better -- the Quercetin or the Bromelain. It's good I don't have to choose with this product.
It's interesting that this product is marketed as "Quercetin with Bromelain". I was looking for a product with Bromelain for it's benefits, and found this. It reminds me to the commercials -- "You got chocolate in my peanut butter... You got peanut butter on my chocolate".
I've been taking quercetin and bromelain since 2020 and I don't know if it's coincidence, but my allergies are all better. I like that this combination has only two ingredients because I don't have to compute/calculate overlapping ingredients like other supplements have [in order not to overdose on anything].

I think this product has the correct ingredients to keep one's immune system in top working order. Quercetin is extremely good at getting zinc into the cells. This supplement contains bromelain which might help with eye floaters as a study in Thailand suggests. I think this is an excellent supplement.

I would have a higher regard for the product if the label contained USP Audited, cGMP and FDA badges.
Per capsule, it supplies 800mg Quecetin Dihydrate and 100mg Bromelain (2400 GDU/g). While the suggested serving size is 2 capsules, if you are just starting to take this supplement, to begin with one capsule/daily. Then gauge any sensitivity, and increase to 2 capsules after a week of observations.
This is a good quercetin supplement, which I've been taking for years for immune support. Easy to swallow capsules, no odor. Simple formula. Good value.
