I've been using DIM Evail from another reputed brand for awhile and wanted a more affordable brand of DIM to balance hormones. I don't feel this brand was as effective. I won't continue to buy.

I've never heard of this supplement before, but I was willing to give it a try. Easy to take capsules. I'm not sure how well it worked, but I didn't have any side-effects or unwanted reactions.

I only recently started taking these after learning a little more about DIM. As always, please do your research.

These pills are easy to swallow and don't have any kind of aftertaste. As I've only recently begun taking these, I haven't seen any kind of results just yet but I'm hopeful.

I'm really happy with the results of this supplement. It's great for hormones, and I feel like it's helped stabilize mine some. I've been sleeping better and have more energy, which is great. The recommended dose is only one capsule per day, so this bottle will last awhile!! They don't have a weird flavor or aftertaste, and they're easy to swallow. No side effects for me either.

This is not only good for hormones, but also pain management and inflammation reduction.

My husband can use this too and he does - it helps with testosterone levels. I recently found out that DIM supplements have dramatically helped me with endometriosis symptoms, especially bloating! This is good quality DIM in my experience. It helps to regulate my high estrogen levels. I found if I take this at night after a meal that contains dairy, I'll wake up with no stomach bloating. I couldn't recommend this supplement enough!

Dim balances hormones and in Men it helps with the elimination of estrogen which is a very desired thing. I cannot speak for women but this is something that all guys need when we are so inundated with soy based additives and other endocrine disruptors in daily life.

Natures Lab was created in 2011 by the founder of Vitacost who left after they went public and NASDAQ caused them to become other than his vision. This brand seems to stand out as producing the quality that we deserve. Highly Recommended.

This Nature's Lab DIM 300mg is an excellent and high quality supplement. It is natural, potent, and effective In balancing my wife's hormones. She's been using it for more than a week now. She only takes a single capsule daily, often before meals. It is easy to swallow and has no after-taste. The texture and color of the content looks clean and processed well. There�s little to no undesirable smell in it and the flavor is natural. In her experience, it has helped her mood. It also improved her sleep. As for us, we�re giving Nature's Lab DIM 300mg a 5-star rating.

I got this product to help balance out my testosterone levels. It's absorbency helps with other supplements I am taking. Now I have only been taking this for a little over a month now but so far so good.

Pros: easy to swallow, good amount for the price

Cons; I�m still having hot flashes after 2 weeks. I�ve tried other products and they usually take about 2 weeks to work .. I�m going into my 3rd week now and I�ll give them another week and if I�m still having hot flashes I�ll likely switch back to a smoky mountain nutrition product.

These actually were very easy to take. The capsules weren't overly large. However, I started noticing I was having stomach issues to the point it was rather alarming - abdominal pain, gas, constipation, even discolored urine (I thought it was blood). I realized I didn't have those problems before I started taking the capsules, so I stopped taking them and the next day the symptoms were gone.

I am a 49 year old post-menopausal woman with acne - life is cruel - overweight, and always tired. I've heard good and bad things about DIM and apparently there are not enough studies supporting or against it so I have no clue if this really works or not. But I started taking this 2 weeks ago, and not sure if it's a placebo effect or coincidence or climate change but I have noticed my acne has improved a little. I will keep taking this and hope I notice either greater improvement or something else happens and then leave an update. in the meantime, I am neutral on DIM in general but as far as the product goes, it's easy to swallow and doesn't give me any unpleasant side effects.

Dosage is a single pill, which I love, it also means that a single bottle will last almost 4 months. The ingredients are clearly laid out on the label. The dosage is time and a half of a typical DIM 200 supplement as well.
