These definitely work for low estrogen symptoms and they also help with hypothyroidism. I took them for months, mostly for sleep, and then couldn't afford them for a while. That's when my previously steady hormone and thyroid labs got out of whack. My doc said the best thing to do was get back on these.

It is a very good product helping me with stress if I feel anxious. I can have any time. If I don't need on the day time I have after dinner .

I�ve been taking ashwagandha, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. I fall asleep easily and stay asleep throughout the night without waking up. In the morning, I feel well-rested and refreshed, as if my body recovers much faster. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with sleep!

First time taking ashwaghanda in my life. I’ve been taking 2 nightly for 6 weeks now and as someone who doesn’t sleep well it has made a noticeable difference. I take it with my OTC sleep aid.

First to explain, I can�t give complete information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins take a while to take effect. If I notice a difference right away, I�ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I�m taking.
I prefer a mixture of this and magnesium. This is the first time I�ve taken it by itself. Not sure I felt anything though.

These ashwagandha supplements help me maintain my peace in the midst of my anxiety. I feel a difference when I take them as I am more relaxed, and able to fall asleep easier at night, rather than having my mind run wild. The pills are on the larger size, but they are coated and easy to swallow. Minimal aftertaste. The bottle is quite large, so I think this product is a great value!

Comes with a good amount that will last me for a while! It�s always hard to tell if these things are really working, but I honestly think it has been working well. I take them at night before bed and i�m in a great, relaxed and peaceful mood. The more consistent I was with taking them, the better effects I felt. Would purchase again!

I have taken ashwagandha before but its been a few years and I remember it being decently effective for reducing stress. Either I lost my tolerance to it over the years or this is some pretty powerful ashwaganha. Using the recommended serving of two capsules I feel a little too at ease where I won't feel like doing a lot. I have found using one capsule to be great at pulling back the stress while not being too debilitating. I seem to be able to fall sleep easier and sleep deeper with this but maybe slightly more groggy in the morning.

Excellent value at the current price of about 17 dollars with 60 servings at 2 capsules or if you cut down like I have 120 servings at one capsule. The expiration date on the bottom of the bottle I received is about a year and a half out.

I started taking Ashwagandha because I heard so many great things about it. For me, it seems like a mood stabilizer---which also seems to help my focus.

These are easy to swallow and I don't have any kind of taste.

I�ve just started taking this brand this month (I�ve taken another brand of Ashwagandha for about a year, but since the price keeps increasing on that one I�ve decided to shop around and try others), so I can�t comment on the absorption or advocacy just yet. I will update this review after a couple weeks if there are any negatives....
I�m very glad that this brand includes black pepper since many I�m seeing do not, and that is necessary for the best absorption. These are a normal gel cap. I�ve had no trouble with swallowing or with odd lingering flavors. Serving size is two tablets, so this bottle of 120 is a 60 day supply. I�ve been very annoyed while shopping around to see other brands using a �three tablet� serving size but still only a 60 count - so you don�t even get a full month (I do not need shrink-flation in my supplements).
So props to this brand for NOT doing that. The price for a 2 month supply on these is really great!

I take ashwagandha to help with stress, and this has held up to the test. I take it every morning with breakfast, and it has helped keep my stress response low. The pills are a little larger than others I have taken, but it�s not too big, so they are easy to take and swallow. There is no after taste or burp up. I would highly recommend these ashwagandha, and if you are looking to naturally lower your stress response this is a great herb to go with.

I love ksm 66 so much! It rules for energy and drive I've found. For me, personally, ashwaghanda is the best adaptogen. This is a great and pure supplement that I highly recommend. You get a lot of bang for your buck and it gives noticable benefit.
