These are definitely easy to take with water, but this particular brand just didn't seem to work for me. Usually with supplements I don't have any adverse reactions but this one just doesn't work for me. There wasn't a bad taste or anything but this brand wasn't for me.

These arrived quickly, seem to be very fresh, and were very well sealed. I felt comfortable trying them.

I haven't noticed any difference in how I feel while taking these, but I've had lab work done during the time and everything came back good, and I have not had any bad side effects. If you need potassium this is a good option.

I get leg cramps fairly frequently. Hydration and activity, or lack of (depending on the day of the week and what needs to be done), seem to play a part. Potassium is supposed to be good for cramps.
These are pretty good capsules. They seem to be helping, if maybe just a little.
Flavorless, odorless, easy to swallow.

I like to take potassium citrate as a supplement while I'm doing keto to keep my electrolytes in balance.

Not much to say about these, other than I feel healthy and I'm not suffering any side effects.

I like that this is 250mg because I thought that FDA limits the amount of over-counter potassium supplements to 100mg.
120 white capsules, tasteless, o aftertaste. I had no side effects.

I regularly use a potassium supplement so I was willing to try this one. My first impression is that the capsule is much larger than I would prefer and I did notice a slight odor. I did like that they are made in the USA using Good Manufacturing Practices. I don't think that I'd reorder these.

These have a modest amount of potassium (250mg) at a modest price. These are easy to consume, have no aftertaste, nor any adverse side effects. I've been adding them to my daily supplement intake and have had zero issues whatsoever so far.

Right out of the gate, I notice after taking this supplement, I get heartburn. Doesn't matter how or when, the heartburn shows up. That's a deal breaker for me. I can think of several other brands of potassium I've used in the past that aren't acidic. It's a normal sized pill form which is fine, though I much prefer gummies. I feel as though I've taken my potassium when I take it, like I'm not wiped out, but the heartburn is terrible. There's just no way I would recommend it.

They state they are made in Nevada, the label is very easy to read and there is a little bit of information about the benefits, which is nice.

I take this supplement to help with my potassium levels, and it seems to work. I also like that they don't upset my stomach.

I have some other thing I take that has a side effect that's not pleasant. After reading about it online, many have mentioned that potassium is the answer to make it diminish. It's definitely lessened since I've been taking this supplement. I'll definitely keep getting it.

Well sealed. Cap had a tamper band that broke away easily (good). I�ve seen others that just don�t work; you can unscrew the cap and screw it back on and the tamper band is still intact. Inside is a second seal as shown in the photos with an easy pull tab (also good).

These are reasonably sized and not hard to swallow. The dose is also reasonable; about the same as a banana. If you want more just take two rather than a larger horse pill and that also gives you the ability to maintain a more even level over time by spacing out the times you take them rather than one big dose.

The bottle size is 120 caps so keep that in mind if you are price shopping based on total potassium content.

I've been recently trying low oxalate diet and find they recommend taking potassium citrate to alleviate any oxalate dumping symptoms. These capsules have a higher dose than most at 99 mg. However, those with kidney problems should be careful about taking too much potassium. One a day or maybe one every other day may be good enough for me. The capsules are odorless, easy to swallow and do not upset the stomach.
