I am never without D-Mannose in my medicine cabinet! I will run out of multivitamins before I run out of D-Mannose. It doesn’t always work for me, but I do find it better to err on the side of caution and take it. These pills are interesting in that they also include cranberry (which I’ve seen before) and green tea (which I haven’t seen before). The pills are large but they are easy for me to swallow. The quality seems good. I think they could be a better value. They are $28. 99 at the time of this review for only 30 servings (three pills per serving). In addition, I personally would have wanted the amount of D-Mannose to be at least 1500 mg and ideally 2000 mg, but these contain only 1000 mg per serving. I will continue taking these and appreciate the added bonuses of cranberry and green tea, but for my next bottle I will likely look elsewhere.

I will say because of the green tea extract, take in the morning due to the caffeine. i prefer to take Urinary support supplements at night, so I won't be re-ordering due to the green tea.

This brand, and another similar label by a different manufacturer, support urinary tract health and balance in a slightly different way, and I found that alternating products one bottle at a time produces the best results.

I can’t explain the synergy in strictly scientific terms, but alternating between the two seems to keep the system clearer and more responsive. Been taking D-Mannose for a long time for UTI flareups which I often get when consuming too much fruit. The capsules are easy to take with no taste or smell. I did open one capsule just to see what flavor it is and it has a faint hint of cranberry to it. Very pleased with these and have no complaints.
These also have a significant amount of green tea for those that are sensitive to its simulative effect. It's probably best to take these early in the morning so it doesn't disrupt your sleep at night because of the natural caffeine in green tea. Hasn't been an issue for me though as even coffee has minimal effect on me, I can take a cup of mocha and go straight to bed.

Unlike most natural remedies, both cranberry and d-mannose have good evidence behind them in the prevention of UTIs. But more evidence is needed to see if they're effective in the treatment of a UTI once you have one. I think these would be great for anyone who has issues with recurring UTIs. Or if you notice certain times where you're more likely to get a UTI, these would come in handy to take beforehand.
You get 90 pills and a serving is 3 a day, so that's a 30 day supply. It can be pricey if you're taking them daily!
