Nature's Lab Hair, Skin and Nails - 90 Capsules

I've had to take biotin or some type of related product for a decade to keep my hair and nails growing. I think this product may actually work better than the biotin+keratin I was taking before, as my nails actually seem a bit thicker than before. It's too soon to tell if it's making a difference with my hair or not. My nails grow quite a lot faster than my hair does.

I got these for a family member to try, since she's growing her hair longer. She has pretty thick hair already, so she hasn't been able to tell a huge difference, but these definitely can't hurt. My only gripe is that the B12 inclusion isn't methylcobalamin. It's the cheaper cyancobalamine which is not absorbed as well by the body.

Nature's Lab Hair Skin & Nails comes in capsules?90 capsules total. There is no special taste, but there is a capsule smell when you open the bottle cap. Haven't seen any results yet. I'll update everyone if there is any reaction.

These have a taste to them that I could not handle. I assume from the capsule. I hate having to give a bad review.

I have very brittle nails that peel flake and break frequently, or at least I used to. Since I started taking this, I've not noticed much of a change in my hair or skin, but my nails are so much better! No more flaking, splitting, peeling or breaking! They've actually grown out and are so much less brittle! Hopefully I will notice a change in my hair and skin too; but if not, I'm perfectly content with how much better my nails are! Definitely worth it!

These are great ingredients that I would take regardless. I'm not sure why but I am still getting nail breakage. My hair is growing great though.

I am really rough on my nails and I fly on a plane a lot. As a result, I need supplementation. There have been a few even more potent vitamins that have allowed for nail growth without breakage. Still, because my hair is doing great, I would say this is a decent product for the price.

Been taking it for a month no changes yet I like that it�s one capsule per day easy to take.

Easy to take, 90 day supply. I definitely noticed stronger nails after several weeks. No changes noticed as far as skin or hair quality, though I did experience what I think was a growth spurt of a couple of wild chin hairs that needed to be plucked.

I noticed after taking these supplements that my hair and nails both have grown a lot quicker. Not much effect for my skin and not much of a difference in quality of my hair but it has made my hair longer. The flavor is mild and tolerable.

I've tried taking pills like this before and I've had the same experience. Nothing really changes or if it does it isn't noticeable. Best to just save your money. Or get something prescribed from your doctor if necessary.

I have been taking these for about 6 weeks and I don�t know that my nails are any stronger but they definitely got longer faster than I expected. Same with my hair, I don�t know exactly what it�s supposed to do to your hair, but I do feel like it got longer, not stronger or less frizzy when it�s humid but it�s not any worse. The pills themselves are a descent size, which I wasn�t expecting. But they are pretty easy to swallow as long as you have enough water. Since they are those plastic (for lack of a better description) capsules if you don�t have enough water they will get stuck to your lips or tongue. They have an odor to them, it�s not a foul odor or anything, but you can smell them when you open the bottle. They don�t have any taste or after taste to them though. Overall while I�m not sure if they are actually working I�m not dissatisfied with them.

This preparation contains all the essential vitamins and minerals for skin and hair health - and all in one capsule! This bottle contains a 90 day supply and the price is very reasonable. The capsules are quite small and don't take up a whole section in my pill container. They are easy to swallow and don't appear to have any taste or leave any aftertaste in my mouth. Slight odor, but nothing unpleasant. No adverse side effects that I have noticed. I haven't seen any noticeable change in my skin/hair, but I am replacing another supplement and not adding one.

I take these pills at night and I believe them to help with daily negative effects on my hair and skin. These pills have tons of vitamins and biotin. You can notice the difference in the quality of your nails right away. As for the hair I think my hair looks better. The main thing that I noticed was my hair doesn't get as much dandruff or dry scalp as it did before. The one con is they are rather large and don't smell great but that doesn't bother me really. I will continue taking these pills in the future.

What a great value for a 3 month supply. I love that this supplement actually requires just one capsule for a dose. It makes it so much easier, especially when you have a bunch of other medications and supplements everyday. I've been using this for a month now- I take it in the morning with a cup of water and have had no negative side effects. I have noticed that my nails appear stronger and my hair has been fuller at the roots. No Complaints!

Nature's Lab is a brand I trust more than most other brands for the quality of its ingredients. Their supplements are manufactured in the USA, lab-tested, GMP compliant, and USP audited. I wish they would put their certifications on the bottle, though.

When you unscrew the cap there is a noticeable odor, but it doesn't smell bad. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste.

This Nature's Lab Hair, Skin, and Nails supplement is a good product and a good value. I had started taking biotin supplements to help with the health of my hair, skin, and nails and when I saw this Nature's Lab supplement not only contains biotin, but also contains many other essential vitamins, I happily ordered it. I have ordered and use other Nature's Lab products and have been satisfied with them. I also like the fact that all of their products are manufactured in the United States. If you need a good biotin and vitamin supplement, order this one.

I like to take Biotin for my hair and it seems to strengthen my nails too. These capsules are easy to swallow and I don't have any stomach issues after taking them. Great price and a decent sized bottle at 90 capsules.

This is a really good supplement! I noticed a difference in my hair texture right away. It is a lot softer and not so frizzy. My nails have also improved. It is a lot of good vitamins in one small easy to swallow capsule. It is one capsule daily and you get a 90 day supply. I think it is a good value.

These vitamins are a great option for vegetarians. They are packed with the essential vitamins that you look for with a hair, nail & skin vitamin. They don�t smell the best and the capsule size isn�t big. But overall, these are great.

I think this is a great mix of supplements for your hair and have been taking it with no side effects for a few weeks now. My skin seems healthier and I can't say I particularly notice a difference in my hair but I expect longer than a few weeks to see a difference there.

This is pretty much a standard formula for Hair, Skin & Nails. It has a good amount of Biotin which is the main ingredient for growth for those things. It takes a while to have hair regrow but one can see it right away in nails. Ive ben using Nature's Lab Hair, Skin & Nails for about a week and am noticing a little growth in my nails. For me, I had a little problem with the capsules. I bit too big for me, so I open up the capsule and take the powder with honey and that works. Nature's Lab has very very reasonable prices. This Brand has been around for years, so they do have creditability. You also have ability to reach customer service by phone=ne or e-mail.

I am excited about these pills. I am looking to increase my hair growth. The ingredients that are listed look like a good blend to help my hair growth. I also like that this is a 90 day supply, most pills I feel like take 2-3 months to see full results. These pills are easy to take.
