My system absorbs this supplement very well. I really like it; it�s very effective. It reduces my inflammation noticeably. I have zero side effects. It�s a little large but is fairly easy to swallow. It has an orange color. I highly recommend this supplement.

I'll not buy this brand again. What a mess it created. Every time I touch a capsule I'm covered in turmeric powder. Yellow powder is everywhere. Looks like some of the capsules came open in the bottle and every capsule - all 120 - is now coated. So when I transfer a capsule to my daily pill sorter my hands are covered. When I handle the capsules, to take daily, I'm covered. Powder is on the pill dispenser. All inside the bottle. It's a mess. I've never seen anything like this mess. I do not care to stain my hands and dish cloths yellow every single day. I've even stained my clothes. It hurts but I've pitched them. It's not worth the mess it creates. I'd really give it NO STARS.

I'm a massage therapist and specialize in therapeutic deep tissue bodywork, or structural integration. Doing this work requires great strength and dexterity in the hands and fingers. I began waking in the morning to finger joints that were locked up like wood, and knew my age and extent of use had played out. I tried a few things, but with this product, the inflammation and stiffness has diminished almost entirely.

Has help me big time with my chronic pain,joints,etc......Had been taking for over a year 2 caps. a day I stop taking for 3 weeks and a lot of pain came back started taking again about 2 weeks ago and Iam almost back to pain level when taking everyday......It took about 2 to 3 weeks to feel the relief

Have used turmeric and curcumin for years. This is the first time I have had a product so full of loose powder it's stained my hands and before I realized it I had stained my clothing even the cover on my phone. When I complained to the manufacturer they told me that that was a normal byproduct of the product. Now that's a byproduct of sloppy Manufacturing plus a manufacturer who really could care less what the consumer thinks. Plenty other quality lines out there to choose from where you don't have to worry about turning permanently yellow.

I was tired and worried of constantly taking NSAIDS to be able to sleep at night because of my RA and everyday aches & pains from working on the farm. Knowing that this is a company that takes great pride in the purity of its products, I decided to try the Nature's Lab 1000mg Tumeric. I no longer need the OTC pain killers except in extreme cases. My 84 year old mother also takes it to help with her COPD since inflammation in the bronchial tubes is a big problem and with winter coming, to help her ability to fight off colds and flu.

I've been taking this product for a few months with amazing success. Many thousands of dollars have been spent in the last 31 years since I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees when I was 8 months pregnant with my son. I've used many supplements which helped in the beginning and then lost the effectiveness. Experimental treatments and shots helped for awhile but they, too, lost their effectiveness after a few weeks. What did help was acupuncture but again, very costly. What is more important is that this product Turmeric Curcumin C3 really helps to reduce inflammation, when taken consistently. I was able to actually enjoy the summer rainy season here in very South Florida!! May I suggest that you take one with your a.m. meal and one with your evening meal. I found that this worked well for me since I have a sensitive digestive system. You will not be disappointed. This product really works!!!

I bought this because Turmeric is supposed to help with inflammation. I have pretty bad knees, mostly from being overweight for 40+ years, but they're not to the point where replacement makes sense. Untreated I have more bad days than good, but while taking this plus another product (Mega Red Superior Joint Care) I have been having more good days than bad. It seems to me that the combination of the two supplements has helped more than when I was just taking the other pill alone. Now if I could just manage to lose 200 pounds I could probably avoid the inevitable knee replacement later in life.

One year ago I had severe colitis. I decided to try this product. I take 2 capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening. I just got home from having a colonoscopy and my doctor informed me if it wasn't for him knowing my medical history he would think I never had colitis. I love this product. I make sure that I take fish oil or flaxseed oil with this product. It's worked beautifully for. He is now taking me off all my meds.

I've been taking Nature's Lab Turmeric for several months. I have arthritis and was having issues with both hands. Every morning my knuckles would be stiff and cracked as I began to move them. I heard that Turmeric was a good anti-inflammatory. It was a gradual process, but now I have no discomfort or cracking in my hands -- my fingers now flex normally.

I wanted to take this supplement after all the hype surrounding it and reading about its benefits. It has the additives that you look for in a Turmeric supplement so that it is more digestible and effective which is why I chose it. I have not been taking it long enough to confirm whether or not it is doing what it is claimed; however, I will tell you that the capsules LEAK! The turmeric coats the capsules and then your hands turn yellow, and everything you touch turns yellow. I didn't know this the first time and found my hands covered - I then just brushed it off on my pants thinking nothing of it. Well, my jeans came out of the wash - still yellow. Now I put the pills in a tissue, clean of the outside, then take them.

The test listed the use of BioPerine� 20 mg in normal healthy volunteers. (black pepper) Then gives in a graph its stellar results.
Then if you look at the bottle it says there is only 5mg of BioPerine/ 2 capsules. That is only 2.5 mg/capsule. I have had another brand with 25mg of peprine/in a 600 mg capsule.

So I called the company and they didn't know why there was conflicting information but told me someone would email me with the answer. No one ever did. Its been weeks. Still wondering if 5MG/2 capsules is doing the job of "significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption." Disappointed so far.

This is the second time I buy Nature's lab turmeric for my mom. It seems to be helping her with arthritis on her fingers. She wasn�t able to stretch them and it was hard for her to handle her cooking utensils. Now she�s happy that her fingers are straight and have a lot more mobility. She says she feels she has more energy and her legs don�t feel as stiff as they used to. I�m giving it four stars because I think the product is expensive for the amount they give you. Sams club sells a bottle for half the price and double the amount and is just as effective as nature�s lab, but I can�t get it online to ship to my mom.

I was diagnosed with MCTD - currently in remission. With somewhat regular exercise, healthy lifestyle (I don't smoke or drink), wholesome diet, and regular intake of Turmeric and multi-vitamin - I'm off of all prescription medications including steroids for over 2 years now.
In my opinion, this Turmeric supplement played major role in my journey to pain free life. Turmeric known as natural alternative to NSAID, as a result there is no morning stiffness or pain through out the day.
I truly believe that if you, or someone you know, suffering from chronic pain related to RA, SLE, etc. - it's worth to give it a try.
Note: it takes time to feel results, so be patient (2-4 weeks).

I've tried several brands of Turmeric supplements to relieve arthritis pain in my thumbs and this is one of the best. At first I was skeptical and thought the relief might be a coincidence, but on occasions when I forgot to take the supplement, my thumbs begin to ache and lock on the steering wheel. My occasional knee pain is also greatly reduced. I've found Nature's Lab and Youtheory to be the most effective brands and have recommended turmeric supplements with BioPerine to friends and relatives. To avoid stomach upset, I take one with breakfast and another with lunch or dinner.

I have been using this for about 6 months, I was taking a lot of Advil and taking the turmeric has helped to reduce that.

It�s a really good product. It definitely helped me reducing my knee pain. I take 2 caps two times a day with good result.

I am happy with it but there seems to be more lose tumeric than I seee normally and it stains my fingers when I take a pill out.

I have an active job plus I play Pickleball regularly and take this 3-4 times a week for the last few years.

I pretty much never have inflammation issues even at age 53!

I take several Nature's Lab supplements for an active lifestyle.

This is the best turmeric product I have used. With continued use I can resume my regular activities without pain from arthritis.

Every time I take a capsule, my hands turn yellow. Don't know if one of the capsules broke open, but will not be purchasing again.
