My daughter has an anaphylactic cashew allergy and we ordered the one daily multivitamin for her to start taking. On the website it lists free of tree nuts but the product that we received says that it contains cashew nut and Brazil nut. Solid multivitamin. It replaced several individual vitamin supplements, reducing my daily pill count and dosage complexity. My optometrist noted I must be taking an easily absorbed lutein because of how my eyes looked (it's in there.) My primary care suggested I ensure I'm getting vitamin K2 (it's in there.) It's good to know I'm getting what I need.

Nature’s Lab multi provides the higher doses I think are best and is consistent with all the current info I’ve found. I don’t have to buy several supplements I used to buy because this one has big enough doses of those things. The120-caps bottle is excellent value and the 60-caps bottle is reasonable enough. Nature’s Lab Gold Multi is a central element of my health journey. I wouldn’t want to have to do without it. Helpful customer service folks, too.
