    Do you ever change supplements just because?

    Yeah, well I kept seeing the ad for a product promoting the five things your vitamin is missing and I regularly investigate alternatives. I initially looked at individual supplements, because I thought I was happy with my multivitamin.

    Then I found Six Daily. Not only does it have the five ingredients missing, but probiotics and �greens� etc. I could not tell you how many different probiotics and �super food� blends I�ve tried. At best they seemed to make a difference until I was ready to reorder, then back to my normal system.

    Here�s the TMI, but it�s important. Regular has never been part of my digestive life, regardless of diet or exercise. Some of the products if tried seemed to make a difference, but then my system adjusted. That has not happened with Six Daily and I�m well into my second bottle.

    My only problem with Six Daily is trying to divide it into two doses. All at once seems to unsettle my stomach. No taste, and seriously I�ve replaced a handful of daily supplements. So pleased I found d this product.

    Six Daily Advanced Multi-Vitamin is the most bio-compatible comprehensive vitamin I have had thus far. I’ve tried so many different brands from medium to high end. I like the fact that it offers herbs, whole foods and antioxidants that are designed for your heart, gut and brain. It carries a big punch of energy that lasts all day. The only drawback is the taste and smell. It reflects to what mama says about eating your vegetables or taking your medicine “some things that are good for you may not taste good.” Hold your nose!

    My only problem with these vitamins is that if you use the recommended 6 pills per day you can get megadoses of vitamins, including 40,000% of your B12 requirements. In my studying of nutritional requirements, ingesting more than the RDA of a vitamin or mineral is unhelpful and megadoses can be detrimental. So I prefer just to the RDA of each nutrient. My normal diet should provide me with most of my nutrition. Getting extra or ultra doses is not necessary and can be detrimental with some vitamins.

    HOwever, if I take just one of these pills per day I get either close to or slightly under the RDA amounts, except for B12, which is still about five times the RDA. So I still find this multivitamin useful at one sixth the suggested dose.

    Don't take six of these each day, just one and you'll get what you really need.
