I think the quality is good. I feel like these are helping with my weight-loss along with my dietary changes. It helped me get over the hump I as stuck at for a few weeks.

I cannot stomach the taste of apple cider vinegar! This is the answer-an easy to swallow pill with the added benefits of Chromium. I love it!

I take ACV nearly daily and was hoping these would work for me. Unfortunately, they are larger than the pills I am used to taking which make them difficult for me to swallow. While these won't work for me, the nice thing is that one pill has a bigger amount so you don't have to take as many. If you prefer taking less pills but don't mind them being larger, these will work well for you. Appreciate the purity of ingredients.

Apple cider pills are quite hard to swallow. I don't really like the taste.

There are so many benefits for consuming Apple Cider Vinegar. But the acidic taste may be a let down. This supplements solved this problem for me. The capsules have no taste, they are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. And also doesn't damage the tooth enamel like the regular consumption of undiluted Apple Cider Vinager is said to cause.
My main reason for taking Apple Cider Vinegar is to help with fatty liver. I can now bring my capsules even when I go out of town. Very convenient.

These are relatively cheap to buy and help my stomach. They also help with a little energy because they help to process carbohydrates with the Chromium that�s been included in them. They don�t include it on the label but, the company says it�s randomly audited for GMP compliance, which is good.
I�m happy with them and it�s a 60 day supply too.

I have heard there were many benefits to taking Apple Cider Vinegar, but I couldn't bring myself to drink it. These capsules make it super easy. ACV is supposed to be good for weight loss, lowering blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, and aiding in digestion. I haven't had any lab tests to prove it is working. But I can say there is no bad taste and there are no negative effects from taking them.

These are great apple cider vinegar capsules. I've been taking ACV for several years off & on to help with digestion. This capsules are so much easier than trying to drink actual ACV & I've taken tablets before where if you have them in your mouth too long you get a sour taste. These capsules have no odor/taste. The bottle came double sealed, an inner seal & an outer seal on the cap which is reassuring. I like that it has chromium picolinate to help with metabolism, which I have only previously had with garcinia cambogia supplements. People who have difficult swallowing pills may be problems swallowing these, but I did not have any issues. The capsules are not super large but they're not small either. I haven't had any side effects with these supplements like stomach upset.

I have only recently learned of the beneficial effects of apple cider vinegar and decided to give these a try. They come in capsule form and are easy to swallow. There is no strong odor from the bottle or strong or unpleasant taste when taking. I noticed very quickly after taking the capsules that I felt full and the sensation of feeling full lasted for several hours. This product has definitely curbed my appetite. I am experiencing a "gut" cleaning effect that I am guessing is from the apple cider vinegar supplement as I introduced no other new supplements into my system while trying these. I will update my review when I next have lab work done to comment if there is a difference in my glucose levels.

Easy to swallow

I like the benefits of ACV for my digestive system and have tried various brands. This brand is great and works wonderfully!! I love that it is just the ACV with Chromium and doesn't have a bunch of other ingredients or junk fillers. They are very easy to swallow and have not taste. I like that you only have to take two (others i've had to take three pills). I take my two daily with water after eating my lunch. Great that this is a US based product and company. Very pleased and Highly recommend!

That is what I ordered this for, and so far, it has done the job. These capsules are smallish and easy enough to take -- you take two daily with a meal -- and there is enough for two months. That makes the purchase price more than fair. I have not had any negative effects from taking these, and since adding them to my diet, I feel better and will continue to take them. I used to drink ACV with mothers for years but I stopped after hearing that it could damage tooth enamel. These capsules are so much easier to take daily. I can also take some with me when away from home. I only need to take two per day and they go down easily with water. Because I didn�t experience any negative side effects like an upset stomach, I�d say they�re fine and doing their job. Glad they�re manufactured in the USA even if some ingredients may be sourced elsewhere. The bottle I received has a Best By date of 02/25 so I have plenty of time to use them up. Overall, I like these and I expect them to be just as effective as drinking ACV, if the studies are to be believed. For now, I�d give them 5.0/5.0 - 03/26/2023.

I like the easy to take capsules. They have no flavor. I can�t drink ACV and have taken gummies that don�t taste good. Capsules are my 1st choice.
