Order Limits:

In an effort to prevent your shipment from being seized or held by Customs, your order should not contain more than a 90-day supply of each item. Learn more about personal import regulations.

Ingredient Restrictions:

The following substances are not allowed to be imported into Canada: Vitamin K, Vitamin D products exceeding 2500 IU, DHEA, growth hormones.

Ingredient Restrictions:

The following substances are not allowed to be imported into China: Hempseed, flaxseed, chia seeds and any other raw or sprouting seed, products that contain meat (including foods, baby foods, pet foods, etc.)

Order Limits:

The annual limit for individuals is RMB 26,000 (not limited to Natureslab.com purchases). To avoid customs confiscation, please check your annual personal limit before ordering.

Please note: Per China’s regulations, a maximum quantity of 10 units per item/product may be ordered. Orders exceeding the quantity limit will not be able to be delivered.

Placing multiple orders within a short period of time may result in customs clearance and order release delays. Only 1 order can be shipped per day. Placing multiple orders on the same day will result in longer shipping time frames that will significantly delay receipt of packages.

Please be aware of the personal purchase limits set by your country. If your order exceeds set limits, you will need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs.

ID Requirements:

A copy of the order recipient’s photo ID matching the recipient’s name and delivery address will be required for customs clearance. Please note the name on the ID must match the order recipient's name used at checkout.

India

ID Requirements:

India Customs requires order recipients to upload Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (government recognized identity and address proofs) to obtain shipment clearance. Import clearance cannot start unless KYC documents are uploaded by the shipment recipient. The following forms of documentation are accepted as KYC:

For India citizens: Recipient's passport, Aadhar Card, PAN (Permanent Account Number) card or Voter ID.

For foreign nationals residing in India: Recipient's passport and Visa/PIO card.

Duties & Taxes:

Due to government regulations, a 42.08% D&T (Duties and Taxes) fee will be imposed on shipments arriving in India. The 42.08% D&T will be collected prior to or at the time of delivery by the selected shipping carrier. Due to Great Britain import restrictions, the total product value on orders should not exceed $165.00 USD.

Shipping Options

Shipping methods and rates for international orders vary by country and are based on the weight and size of your order. During the checkout process, you’ll be given all available shipping methods and exact costs after providing the delivery address for your order.

Payment Methods

Nature's Lab accepts major Credit Cards such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also offer Shop Pay, a payment method available for consumers, powered by Shopify (click here to learn more). We also accept alternate payment methods such Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Elo, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. We do not accept cash, checks, or other pre-pay options.

Wholesale: Note that if you are in our Wholesale program, you cannot check out using Amazon Pay.

Prices are listed in USD and all transactions completed on Natureslab.com are in U.S. dollars. Please contact your bank directly for information on conversion rates. If you experience any issues using your credit or debit card to place an order, first contact your bank to ensure that your card has been enabled for international purchases.

Address or Other Customer Error

If a package is returned to Nature's Lab due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee. See our guarantee for additional details.

Violation of Laws
If a package is returned to Nature's Lab due to a violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to Nature's Lab. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee.

Customer Refusal
If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), Nature's Lab will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee, upon receipt of the returned package.

Customs Seizure
If a package has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when Nature's Lab receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus the shipping fee. You should always contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order, to understand regulations or restrictions that may apply. Not understanding your country’s regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties or your delivery being delayed, or returned to us.

Lost Packages
Lost packages must be reported to Nature's Lab within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Destroyed or Unreturned Packages
If a package has been destroyed by customs (or the carrier) or has otherwise not been returned to Nature's Lab, we cannot issue a refund for the order.

Illegal and Banned Products
Contact your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized. Please refer to the Returns Disclaimer for additional information regarding seized packages. Laws do change frequently so please note that we do NOT guarantee that products found on our site can be shipped to you without problems.
