A few things�

1. This is not a small supplement bottle - it�s a large bag! But that�s the price you pay for the convenience of pre-packaged daily supplements. Just make sure you have room for this in your pantry or wherever.
2. I like the blend of turmeric, fish oil, and vitamins. I really do feel good taking it and less inflamed.
3. However, I am a little concerned about the very high level of iodine as I have hashimotos disease and need to be cautious of excessive iodine consumption - so I am only taking about half of the vitamin portion of the packets per day. I feel good with this amount. I figure it�s worth mentioning as iodine can be a sensitive mineral for some people - do your own research!

These vitamins and supplements seem to be of a decent quality, although I did experience some fishy burps which I don't usually have with my regular brand and really try to find fish oil/omega supplements that specifically won't do that. For this alone, this probably wouldn't be my go to regularly. Also, this is a very large pack of individual packets, so I wasn't quite expecting it to need so much storage space for a single one month supply of vitamin & supplement's. That said having the convenience of being able to just grab and go, or take a few packets with you when you're going to be away for a weekend, Might definitely be a convenience you're looking for. For me I don't think I could justify the cost on a regular monthly basis, you are getting several different supplements so maybe if you priced out how much you spend individually on each one of those and then compare it to this you can make a case for spending $80 a month. But really the biggest draw for this is the convenience of having them individually packaged and being able to just take two packets a day without the tediousness of filling pillowcases every single month.

Wellness Pack rocks! It comes with individual packets of the most complete supplement product that I have found. There's the multi vitamin, the omega 3, and the joint/turmeric capsule. However, it includes so much more - milk thistle, greens concentrates, cinnamon, citrus extract - just to name a few. All are perfect dosages. I researched them and am thrilled with the quality. Pills a bit on the larger side, probably because they are full of wonderful extracts.
At first glance, this product appears pricey, but buying all the supplements separately would cost even more. It's a very complete, all in one, superb quality purchase - an investment in one's health and wellness.

I have been taking it for about a week (decided to lay off all my other vitamins and supplements) and hoping to see results soon. This is a handy way to take a wide selection of supplements. Just review the Supplemental Facts to see if these are right for you. The individual packets contain 6 capsules. Two packets per day are the recommended serving. This is a lot of pills, but so far, I haven�t had any problems with them. I usually take them with or after a meal.

Ultimate multivitamin!

This multivitamin contains everything supplement, vitamin, and herb I want to take. It is extremely convenient to get everything you need in prepacked bags. It is only a few pills too. It has omega 3 oil and turmeric complexes, along with an advanced multivitamin containing everything you need for basic nutrition. They are easy to take, but the omega 3 oil pill is a little bit bigger than the average pill. I think this product is a great value at its current price because it really contains everything you could need.

Just started these so time will tell but so far they are easy to swallow. Decent value.
