I found the CoQ10 helped to reduce the statin related loss of muscle.

Seems to be ok. I have not been able to tell much difference yet.

I enjoy this brand over some of the others that put additional stuff I don't need with the CoQ10. Just CoQ10 here!

Just started taking it. Don't know if it will help or not. I feel people should try it and makeup their own opion if it helps them. I feel this way about all supplements.

I have taken CoQ10 for many years as part of my regime to help prevent migraines and I believe it helps me.

CoQ10 is a vitamin-like substance that is made naturally in the body. Ubiquinone is also known as Coenzima, Ubidcarenone, Ubid�car�none, and Ubiquinol.

CoQ10 is likely effective in alternative medicine as an aid in treating coenzyme Q-10 deficiency, or reducing the symptoms of mitochondrial disorders, conditions that affect energy-production in the cells of the body.

There is evidence Ubiquinone is also possibly effective in preventing migraine headaches, lowering blood pressure, preventing a second heart attack, or slowing the progression of early Parkinson's disease. Ubiquinone is also possibly effective in improving symptoms in people with congestive heart failure, nerve problems caused by diabetes, Huntington's disease, muscular dystrophy, or macular degeneration (age-related vision loss).

As with most supplements, results of testing is pretty mixed and difficult to interpret. While it might work for some for others it doesn�t.

I�ve found this is a high quality product at a reasonable price.

I have been taking this for a while, and I really do not notice anything different with me. But, that said, no matter what I take, and vitamin or supplement, I never really notice anything. I do take these, and others, becasue I am aware of the benefits. That said, you know what you need and all these things work differently on people. I will trust that it has in it all the things it says it does. I have a vascular appt in a couple weeks. Lets see what the doctor has to say about this. Supplements are such an individual thing. I can think of nothing negative to say about these, except maybe the price, so that is a good thing!

I like that these are not filled with a lot of fillers and other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't cause any stomach upsets. Been taking for almost a month. Hard to tell if they are working or not, but that is just because of the type of supplement that it is. Priced slightly higher than other brands, but overall I still think it is a good product.

Nature's Lab CoQ10 200mg supplements are pretty much the standard generic version of CoQ10, with nothing but the capsule ingredients and CoQ10 in what's considered a standard dosage. As such, evaluating its efficacy as many here do on a month or two worth of use without labs (and hard to tell even when you have them) is one of those losing games; either it's going to work or not the way that all CoQ10 works. This isn't a bash against CoQ10 - a lot of physicians do recommend it if you're on statins - but just the 'I feel great because of this pill!' part isn't really verifiable.

The only way you can really evaluate it is against other CoQ10 formulations that are generic on price. And on that, I'd say this is priced ok, but nothing special. One of the leading generics out there offers 100 capsules for 300 mg; when you price this out against it, it's at a 200% premium to that for 2/3rds the dose. While I appreciate that this isn't putting stuff you shouldn't have in it, that price discrepancy deserves no more than a 4 star rating.

There is no RDA for CoQ10, and supplements contain varying amounts of it. These have 200 mg, more than some others do.

The capsules are reasonably sized and easy to swallow.

This is a good way to get CoQ10 added to your diet.

While this does help my muscle pain and twitches caused by my statin medication, it is considerably higher in price than my normal big-name trusted brand.

I picked this up after I ran out of my old COQ10 and there were shortages on the one I normally buy. Decided to give this one a try and I am happy with it. Has the same effect on me that my old one did so I have a new product that I can purchase depending on what is available.
Personally I take this for heart health as it helps to prevent plaque build up and dissolve plaque that is already present. Atleast this is what the claims of COQ10 are.

Overall this product doesn't contain any of the bad stuff that is in some supplements which hurt your health.

I take a Statin Cholesterol lowering medication and my Doctor recommended that I take COQ10 supplements to lessen the muscle pain i was experiencing. This has helped some with that.

Coq10 is so important, and a 2 month supply is ideal. I definitely notice a difference when I take it.

I learned about CoQ10 a few years ago, and have taken it off and on. I have AFib, so it is a great natural alternative to meds. I stopped taking the brand I was using since it was not helping, and seemed to worsen my palpitations. I decided to try this brand and noticed immediate improvement. I have only been taking it for a few days, but will stick with it. Something important to note is that CoQ10 is not as potent as Ubiquinol (I was taking a brand labeled Ubiquinol CoQ10). "Ubiquinol has 2x greater bioavailability and increases levels about 4x, where CoQ10 only increases 2x. This means you can take � the dose when you use Ubiquinol. If we want 100mg of CoQ10, you can use 50mg of Ubiquinol." One dose of this brand is 100mg of Ubiquinol.

These pills seem like a quality product. While not a fan of large pills/capsules, these capsule were also easy to swallow.

I like that this is made in the USA and is a 2-month supply of pills. I also like that there�s no additional ingredients such as sugar or salt, however, the current price of $32 for a 2 month supply seems a bit high.

I received these pills in February 2022 and they have an expiration date of January 2024.

When it comes to supplements, very often I can tell right away when something is helping me. I am very sensitive so I tend to react quickly. Once in a while a supplement comes along that takes some time to evaluate. This is one of those.

ANY REACTIONS?
I have had no bad reactions with digestion, headaches, burping or other bad reactions.

DOES IT HELP?
I take these with PQQ and Shilajit which is supposed to be synergistically better than taking it alone. So far I have noticed a bit of help with my sensitive nerves and a bit more energy, but it is subtle and not jaw dropping at this point.

THE BOTTOM LINE
This is a helpful supplement for nerves and muscle support. So far, it seems to be gradually helping me to regain some muscle and nerve performance that I was struggling with, but it is subtle and slow.

MY RATING
FIVE STARS. I don't see remarkable results, but this type of supplement is a gradual improvement and one bottle is not going to suddenly change me. I would consider buying this again. I will complete the bottle.

This appears to the basic, ubiquinone form of CoQ10, as opposed to the more bioavailable ubiquinol form. With that said, I take both interchangeably for heart health, with a minimum dosage of 200mg. This one by Nature's Lab appears to be of good quality. The capsules are about regular in size but easy enough to swallow. You only need one capsule per day.

This comes in a small plastic bottle with the lid plastic wrapped for protection. It is a 60-day supply. Mine has an expiration date of 23 months from now. It seems to be just as good as the brand that I have been taking. It is vegetarian and gluten-free. Also free of several top allergens. At $0.55 per serving, it is a little pricey though.

I read that CoQ10 can help improve egg quality and potentially lead to a better chance of achieving a healthy pregnancy. So that�s what I�m trying to do with this supplement. The pills are easy to swallow, there is 200 mg per serving, and it's a 60 day supply. I haven�t had any adverse reaction after taking this for a week and praying that this supplement will help me conceive!

I have taken co-enzyme Q10 for quite a while, for its anti-aging potential. It seems to have multiple benefits in the body, including benefits related to heart health, and possibly in preventing cancer.

This seems like good Q10, from a brand that tests their products and has good quality control. My only issue is that Q10 is best paired with black pepper extract or lecithin for better absorption. I prefer formulas that have either of these two chemicals added. However, I take these separately so it's not an issue for me, but something to consider. Overall this is a good product.

I have been taking CoQ-10 daily for the last six months and it seems to help my overall energy level somewhat. I ordered this as this was double the 100mg that I had been taking and I wanted to see if it improved my symptoms or made me feel any better. It seems that 100mg was enough for me and the higher dosage provided me no extra benefit.

There does not seem to be any problem with the supplement itself as far as I can tell. It is supposedly formulated and manufactured in Nevada, so that could be a plus. The capsules are normal sized and should not be an issue if you can take capsules. There is no taste other than the capsule texture... and no scent. These are expensive for what they are, as there are several brands of 200mg capsules at 15cents per serving or less where these are about 50cents per dosage.

I am giving these four stars, as they do the job even though they are expensive. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...

I've supplemented with CoQ10 for many years. This seems like a decent option to me. No problems swallowing the product. No ill effects noted. The price isn't the best, but isn't unreasonable either. 4 star rated.

Usually they are either an egg type shape soft gel, or if a larger dose, more like a standard fish oil soft gel.

So these are what I would describe as being on the smaller side of medium in size.

They are a clear gelatin/type capsule, thru which you can see a light almost peach color powder.

When I put them in my mouth, I do not perceive any taste or smell.

I find them easy to swallow.

Different, eh?

Because I have been taking CoQ10, daily for so long, I do not perceive any differences in my body/performance..

These are a 200mg dose per capsule; the soft gels I usually take are 100mg which is also what I'm most used to seeing/buying.

From this brand, I do not notice any negative or disagreeable symptoms or changes.

Other than being a different that what I'm used to seeing, this appears to be a quality product.

CoQ10 first came to my attention back in the late 1990s. I've been using it since then as a general health support, especially of soft tissues, gums, etc. Coq10 occurs naturally in the body but the levels decrease as we age. Also indicated in heart and nervous system health, Coq10, along with Resvertrol and now NMN, are strong supports to keep your organ systems healthy and young. Also recommend you try Coq10 toothpaste as it has helped family members deal with receding gums over time. Nature's Lab is one of our goto product lines and I know I'm getting a great supplement in these capsules. Winning.
