DIY Summer Sage Spray

Paradise Springs Organic Sage Essential Oil naturally stimulates the mind and may ease mental fatigue and stress brought on by heat and long summer days. Its herbaceous, grounding tones make it a perfect foundation for a summer air freshener. You can use this anywhere that needs a bit of revitalization – a bathroom, closet, kitchen, bedroom, or even your car! Although we recommend a certain number of essential oil drops for this recipe, you can make the scent as strong or light as you want depending on your personal preference.

 

What You’ll Need:

2-ounce spray bottle
10 drops Paradise Springs Organic Sage Essential Oil
2 ounces water

Optional: add a small amount (~ 1 teaspoon) of vodka or rubbing alcohol to help the spray remain fresh longer and to assist in the oil and water mixing more thoroughly.

Directions:

  1. Combine the water and essential oils in the bottle.
  2. Screw the lid on and shake well to combine.
  3. Shake lightly before each use.
